Teacher Development Day
Our Montessori teachers share experience of how to create a Montessori learning environment in the classroom and demonstrate the use of Montessori materials during the Teacher Development Day.

Local Training
The Pacific Early Childhood Education Research Association (PECERA) instructors and school teachers assess the school’s environment and give suggestions to teachers on how to improve it.

Overseas Training
Montessori teachers travel to Taiwan and the US to attend Montessori training courses and learn Montessori-related skills from local instructors.

Professional Support
Professional social workers from Healthy Seed instructed our teachers in helping parents cope with their children’s emotional and social situations, and share their teaching experiences.
